“I had taken a few implant courses before. It was good enough for me to get started, but then I wanted to learn more clinical and go further from my current level. The hard thing is – one never knows what one doesn’t know. I didn’t know what I didn’t know, and I didn’t know what I would learn. It’s always an open-ended journey. You don’t know what you’re going to get. You take it and you gets lots out of it.
What I got out of the MaxiCourse was beyond my expectations. How it influenced me as a clinician was to be more thorough in preparation. The actual work in implant dentistry can be very fast, but there is a lot more I can do better in preparing for the case.
I think the process of going into implant dentistry – it’s like first days and you’re scared to get into it. After the right course and the right mentor, maybe you’re ready to jump into it.”
Program Overview
BC Endo Solutions provides practical continuing education in rotary endodontics for general dentists, designed to improve confidence and predictability in root canal treatment. The program combines self-paced online learning with intensive in-person instruction and hands-on training, focusing on the complete workflow of endodontic care—from diagnosis and case selection to instrumentation, irrigation, obturation, and post-treatment restoration.
Led by a faculty of certified endodontists, the course emphasizes small group learning, high mentor-to-participant interaction, and real clinical demonstrations, enabling dentists to immediately apply new techniques in practice.
Graduates can continue their development through the BC Endo Solutions Study Club, a treatment-focused mentorship program where participants discuss cases and perform live patient procedures under specialist guidance.
““The learning environment was designed to maximize value. After 35 years of dentistry and attending countless conferences, I can truly say it was a standout.
The quality of the presentations, the personal connection and attention to every single dentist in attendance, the value of the hands-on coaching, the live patient demonstration, the facility, the meals, and the atmosphere of comradery that was fostered all pointed to a group of dentists and a coordinator who were dedicated to our learning. Success! Thank you!””
